Fresh Chilled Lobster Salad

I improvised this one for some wonderful folks in Cape Cod. The tasty dinner capped off an amazing East Coast trip with UrBlitz. The salad featured fresh caught cape lobster, new potatoes, rare hard boiled farm fresh eggs, mixed greens, fresh picked blackberries, mint, garlic chives, and a balsamic custard dressing. Most of this gorgeous food grew within 10 miles of us, and some of it was from the backyard garden. Heaven! I love the Cape.
